Thrive Orthopedics is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our expanding sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical sales, working directly with seasoned professionals and the founders of Thrive. As a Sales Intern, you will be immersed in the world of medical device sales, learning the intricacies of product positioning, customer relationship management, and sales strategy execution. Your contributions will be vital in helping Thrive Orthopedics achieve its business development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential customers, including healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Participate in customer outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.
- Help manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to gain insights into sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry dynamics.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing sales documentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
