We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare provider customers, managing inbound orders and inquiries, business development, and proactively driving customer retention and product education.

Inside Sales

  • Proactively follow up with accounts to ensure satisfaction and product utilization
  • Educate providers on new products and solutions via phone and email outreach
  • Upsell complementary products based on customer needs
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and coordinating samples or training resources
  • Drive new business through outbound marketing efforts

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clinicians and distributors
  • Discover opportunities for cross-sales
  • Process orders accurately in our ERP/CRM system
  • Provide product information, pricing, and delivery updates
  • Resolve order issues, shipment delays, and general service questions with professionalism

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM
  • Coordinate with logistics, quality, and fulfillment teams to ensure order accuracy
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns with outbound follow-ups as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer interactions at once

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or durable medical equipment (DME)
  • Familiarity with orthopedic or podiatric terminology
  • Prior use of platforms like Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce
