We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support daily order fulfillment, inventory handling, shipping, receiving, and quality control activities. This role is critical to ensuring that clinicians, distributors, and patients receive the right products on time and in excellent condition.

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders while maintaining organized inventory and supporting smooth warehouse and operations workflows. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify product SKUs, sizes, quantities, and order details before shipment.
  • Generate shipping labels and process shipments through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other logistics platforms.
  • Receive inbound inventory and supplies, inspect shipments, and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate inventory storage areas.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
  • Package orthopedic devices and related products according to company standards.
  • Support quality control by checking products for visible defects, labeling accuracy, and packaging completeness.
  • Communicate order issues, shortages, damaged goods, or fulfillment delays to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow company procedures for order documentation, lot tracking, returns, and shipping records.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty replacement processing as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
  • Support other operations, production, or warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse operations, medical device, manufacturing, or inventory control preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and maintain organized records.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems, shipping software, barcode scanners, inventory systems, or order management platforms.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move packages throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with medical device fulfillment, orthotics, prosthetics, DME, or healthcare products.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, Shopify, ERP systems, and/or similar platforms.
  • Experience handling regulated products or following quality system procedures.
  • Basic understanding of lot tracking, SKU management, and shipping documentation.
  • Comfort working in a small-business environment where responsibilities may vary day to day.
