We’re scaling quickly and need someone who can turn messy data into clear insights, automate workflows, and connect our tech stack (Shopify, HubSpot, Tableau, AI tools) into a seamless system that drives smarter decisions and accelerates growth.

What You’ll Do

● Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards that track sales, marketing, and operations performance.

● Integrate Shopify, HubSpot, and Tableau to deliver unified reporting.

● Automate recurring reporting tasks and build self-serve analytics tools for the team.

● Implement AI systems and sales automations to streamline workflows, from lead scoring to reporting triggers.

● Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analytics, and decision-making.

● Collaborate directly with leadership to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).

● Experience building with Python, JS.

● Proven ability to integrate APIs/SDKs (Shopify, HubSpot, CRMs, etc.).

● Skilled in automation

● Zapier

● HubSpot workflows

● custom code in JavaScript/Python

● Knowledge with databases and capable of setting up structured data pipelines.

● Familiarity with integrating AI (OpenAI, Google AI Studio, etc).

● Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
