Step 2: To find a clinic near to you, enter your zip code in the address bar in the following link and click submit: Link To Facility Locator

Step 3: Call your preferred clinic and ensure they are in network with your insurance. Let them know you have a prescription for a prefabricated carbon fiber AFO from your physician and that you would like to schedule an appointment.

Step 4: The clinic will take it from there to gather documentation from your doctor, order, fit our device, and bill your insurance. These individuals are highly skilled and will ensure an appropriate and comfortable fit.
